I am a birth doula, lactation counselor and your “best birthing buddy”, serving the Tampa Bay Area. I serve Mothers and Families on their journey to welcoming ​your little one(s) into the world.

All women can mother and birth their babies, but I believe that they flourish best when they have knowledge and support. It’s a lot easier for families to plan their next steps when you can trust someone well- informed to walk you through this journey. I’m passionate about encouraging and equipping clients with tools to help them advocate for themselves and to best care for their babies. I make sure to educate and inform my clients with evidence-based information; in order to help them make the best decision about their childbirth experience. When it is baby-time, I have many tricks up my sleeve to assist clients during labor and delivery and will continue to support you through whatever the birth may bring.
